As an Account Representative for Chris Greaver State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Virginia.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role preferred.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Perry Hall Maryland.
- Our office is open Monday - Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-3.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Towson University and University of Maryland.
- We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
- We have 17 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
